FUND RAISER |
A Benefit Trail Ride will be held Sunday, September 16, 2001 at 1:00PM at Ronnie Harwell's farm. The cost to ride is $10 per person. This benefit is a fundraiser for the SSHBEA DQP Program. DEBTS TO SSHBEA |
All accounts with SSHBEA must be paid in full prior to the SSHBEA Fall Show. All Corporate Sponsors must be paid in full. All magazine accounts must be paid in full.
AMATEUR OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS |
The Amateur Committee will be taking nominations for 2001 Amateur of the Year. All nominees and nominators must hold a current amateur card. Deadline for nominations is September 15, 2001. Nominations can be mailed or faxed to the SSHBEA office with "Attention Amateur Committee" indicated or can be given to any amateur committee member. The person nominating should write a short letter as to why they are nominating that particular person and a copy of the letter will be displayed at the Amateur Committee's booth during the Fall Show. Registered amateurs can vote at the booth during the week of the Fall Show, and the winner will be announced during the awards portion at the Annual Meeting. Rules for voting will be displayed at the booth, and all rules must be followed for the vote to count.

Ads for the Fall Show Program must be in the SSHBEA office by September 1, 2001. Corporate sponsors needing a vendor booth must notify the SSHBEA office by September 21, 2001.

All Corporate Sponsors that wish to change their ad copy from the spring program must have it in the SSHBEA Office by September 1, 2001 (or your ad will repeat as is from the Spring Program).
Exhibitors that would like to place an ad in the program - ad copy and photos must be in the SSHBEA Office by September 1, 2001.
There is a $10.00 charge per additional photograph per ad.
All ad ribbon and belt buckle sponsorships are due by September 1, 2001.

17TH ANNUAL SSHBEA WORLD GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP |
The 17th Annual SSHBEA World Grand Championship will be held October 1 through October 6, 2001, at the Calsonic Arena in Shelbyville, TN. Click here for a class sheet! Boyd Melton serves as Show Chairman, and Janice Prince is Show Secretary. In addition to the show, a Corporate Sponsor Golf Outing is planned for October 4. Corporate Sponsors are invited to play at the Blackberry Ridge Golf Course in Shelbyville. If you are a Corporate Sponsor and are interested in playing, RSVP by Monday, October 1.
