Minutes of
Mack Motes called the required SSHBEA Board of Directors meeting to order
after the annual meeting. Mack
congratulated all the newly elected members. All
members were present except Ronnie Sapp, Tamara Sullivan & Benny Lance.
The Code of Ethics will be mailed to the board members to be read, signed
and returned to the office.
We need to address an error on page 49 of the rule book about the size of
the Lite Shod shoe.
Mack wants to appoint a Trail Riders committee for the upcoming year.
Mack asked Bob Wright to be chairman of the Spring & Fall shows.
Freda Bullard made a motion to approve the check signers, Mack Motes, Bob
Wright, Aaron Crafton and Janice Prince. Maude
Hopkins seconded, motion passed.
Sis reported that evidently someone had been overlooked in the
Sweepstakes and asked permission to check and if an error has been made have
that person recognized tonight at the banquet. The
people possibly overlooked are Mr. & Mrs. Bob Sigman.
Sis Osborne made the motion to adjourn, seconded and passed.
