Minutes of the January 10, 2009 Required SSHBEA Board of Directors Meeting after the Annual Membership Meeting

            Mack Motes called the SSHBEA required Board of Directors meeting after the Annual Membership meeting on January 10, 2009 . 

            All members were present except Aaron Crafton.

            Mack asked the new members to read the Code of Ethics and agree with them.

            Sis Osborne made the motion to adjourn, motion seconded and passed.
